Advisory
Smaller companies benefit from our experience and advice. This can relate to commercial and personnel issues as much as to more technical corporate advisory issues. Our advice is strategic and is predicated on identifying and implementing solutions for the benefit of the client company both now and in the longer term.

M&A
Mergers and acquisitions can be time consuming for senior management. At best, deals can accelerate growth plans and provide the basis for building a larger business. At worst, they can be a costly distraction which can eat away valuable management time. Ludgate can manage deal origination and oversee the transaction so that senior management are able to remain focused on the day-to-day running of the business.

Fund raising
Ludgate has provided more than £130 million of venture capital backing to smaller companies since 2001. This capital has been raised partly from our house fund, Ludgate 181 (Jersey) Ltd, and partly through our network of investors, who often provide much more than purely financial support.

The process
