Charles Sebag-Montefiore
Charles joined Ludgate in October 2004 as head of corporate finance and is responsible
for all of Ludgate's corporate finance activities. He qualified as a chartered
accountant with Touche Ross in 1974, following which he became a partner in Grieveson
Grant and a director of Kleinwort Benson Securities Ltd, where he advised a wide
range of public companies on flotations, acquisitions, disposals, placings and
the general requirements of being listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is a
director of Kiln plc and a trustee of the National Art Collections Fund.
